<p>Well, to be correct it isn’t quite the same. Harvard supposedly gives a higher portion of their students As. But that isn’t to say that Harvard is any easier, if at all. Harvard students on the whole are academically stronger.</p>
<p>its still pretty similar… harvard of course is slightly higher, 2008 self reported avg gpa for harvard was 3.53 according to harvard crimson. i can’t find new data for cornell, in 2006 gpa at cornell was 3.36 but with a steady rise. so it’s probably .1 or so lower than harvards which makes sense since like you said harvard students > cornell students on avg.
cornell gpa based on data from past ~10 yrs is increasing faster than harvards.</p>
