Cornell - Negative Aspects

<p>Do you really trust those guides, campussci? Do you really trust them more than what NorCalGuy or myself have to say?</p>

<p>Whoever wrote those guides don’t really know what they are talking about. They barely bother to mention Collegetown’s legendary house parties. Or the parties at Risley, Telluride, etc. They don’t even mention Slope Day.</p>

<p>How Brown can get a B+ and Cornell get a C is beyond me. Consider the following passages:</p>

Brown students who think that there’s not enough to do after the sun goes down need to open their eyes, expand their bubble, and venture out to one of Providence’s eager-to-please nightspots.

Even with the many decent bars in Collegetown and the Commons, going out can become routine and somewhat boring. There are many more bars than clubs in the area, so much of the nightlife centers around drinking, which makes activities even more limited for the under-21 crowd—most places do check IDs and are strict).
