Frankly it seems to me that it’s time for your parents to be in charge of this. If it were me I would email the GC and the principle and explain that the due date has passed and the application is not able to be reviewed until it’s complete. I strongly disagree that it’s your job, as a child, to get an adult to do their job on time.
