I’d base the decision between Psych and CS based on factors such as what the student is more interested in, which has the better teacher, etc. I don’t think the decision will move the needle in terms of college admissions.

That’s A LOT of AP classes!
Could she take either or both AP Lit and/or AP Gov as an honors class?
As for AP CS A vs. AP Psych - without any CS or programming experience, APCS may be difficult, especially since it has the pace and expectations of an AP. Psych is supposed to be an easier AP and may be more relevant to her major.
I agree either class isn’t likely to move the needle in terms of college admissions.
