I haven’t been on here since before my own I-Day… but anyway, here’s some advice from a current 4/C:

If you got a 4 on the Calc BC, you will probably validate the Calc II validation exam. I would recommend taking Calc III fall semester if you validate because then you can opt to have spring semester without a math course, which will give you more time to focus on Chem II. Or you can finish up with math completely (taking Differential Equations spring semester) and have no math courses youngster year.

You will take a spanish exam over plebe summer. I only got a 3 on the AP test, but I validated 4 semesters (2 years) of spanish, and now I don’t have to take any language classes. Validating a language only affects your roster if 1) you are a humanities (group 3) major, in which you will be required to take 4 semesters of a language, 2) you major in a language, or 3) you minor in it. If you are a math/science/engineering major, you won’t have to take any language classes UNLESS you minor (or if you’re crazy enough to double major?).
