Your CPP course credits will transfer to the CC but some may not transfer to a UC. Keep the syllabi from each CPP course just in case to make the matching of these courses easier for the UC’s.
The best advice I can give you is to look at assist.org for the CC that you may possibly attend and see what courses are required/recommended (especially the GE’s) for the UC’s and then match these courses to the CPP courses.
