<p>Critical reading is a difficult section because there aren’t many strategies to memorize, or grammar rules to master. It’s hard to “teach” reading. Try to find out what you are getting wrong. What strategies have you used? Have you used any books to help you with critical reading? Make a list of mistakes you make. Perhaps you get a lot of vocab questions wrong, or mood questions (What tone does the author take?). That’ll help you see what you need to work on the most. It could be time that’s an issue.
