As far as I know, Metalpots, it’s all right, as long as I withdraw all apps if I get in ED to Swarthmore. On the other hand, it’s good to know that it could be an issue. I hope it isn’t, because both those schools are really high on my list and I would hate to anger them.

Thanks for bringing it up. I should keep it in mind.

Wow why didn’t you just go to Berkeley?
well im chancing back =D
Uhh its wierd cuz my asian cousin had 2150 on the SAT and Never had an “A-” but got rejected by Berkeley. Yes he was taking the most rigorous course offered (his weighted GPA was 4.5)
Oh well
For Harvard, I thought you really had no chance at all, especially with that D and those B/C’s. But seeing you got waitlisted, I would totally bet on it being a reach for ya. But Harvard is a reach for everyone… a high reach for most people. So I would say all your EC and stuff will probably give you a little more chance, though it’s better to be commited to a few things than just put on a bunch of EC to look good. The other schools… I think you stand a good chance.

Great SAT scores! Good job! And you definately have an interesting story.
Harvard = reach (for everyone!! haha)
Georgetown (EA for SFS) = match
Swarthmore (ED) = match
Tufts = match
Macalester safety? (i’m not quite sure)
Boston University = safety
American University = safety
