<p>I just want to get this clear; when they say we must send federal income tax returns and W2s, they mean by March 1, 2009, right? They don’t mean sending them in with your application in November, correct?</p>
<p>I know this might be a really obvious question, but I just want to make sure I have everything correct.</p>
