My son applied to CSUN in November. He applied for their screenwriting major as well which is impacted so we knew there would be a wait. We’ve set up the portal and check it daily as well as his CSUN email and nothing (other than many scholarship opportunities). We are out of state. I realize the California folks get first dibs. Totally ok with that but I’d also love to know something. He’s got a 3.5GPA and a 1280 on the SAT’s. Tons of ec’s. Great recommendations. Good portfolio. I know it’s crazy competitive for the oos kids but what are his chances? I’m seriously thinking of calling admissions if we don’t hear by April 1…(sigh)
