Yeah they’re going to be sending out waitlist decisions from now until the beginning of July. Fingers crossed we get in! ?
At this point, time is running out and I’m most likely 100% committed to Fullerton. Really wish I got accepted into Long Beach tho.

My son just got admitted to SDSU which was his first choice so we’re withdrawing his acceptance to CSULB. Don’t give up hope- 1st round waitlist admittances only have until 6/15 to accept so even if you haven’t heard yet, there’s still a chance.
My son is vacating a freshman spot in the Bus Admin Finance major.

Hi. I was rejected as a transfer student into CSULB Psychology with a 3.89 GPA, IGETC finished, but I was missing ONE class they asked for on the secondary application. I appealed and they rejected me again without an explanation. I am taking the missing couse this summer. I was admitted to UCLA, USC, UCI and UCSD. Cal State Fullerton but CSULB was my first choice. I was admitted as a freshman applicant but did not want to go there at that time. Now 2 years later rejected:(
So, you being on the waitlist w a high GPA concerns me. Any explanation why you were not admitted right away? I have to make a decision to attend one of the other colleges I was admited to or wait to reapply to CSULB in August for the Spring.
were you rejected as a transfer student for fall 2020? that’s concerning because i was waitlisted as a transfer for psychology with 3.78 gpa, adt, i have 1 golden four in progress. now i’m scared
@soccerfutbol I personally would go to UCLA if you got accepted, it’s a really good school and I would have gone there had they accepted. @sourgummies do you have the ADT without the golden four class or you will have it after you finish the golden course class? CSULB wanted all my transcripts despite if the class is still in progress or not and they want how your transcript as is by March of 2020 so whatever you submitted and if you submitted that you have an ADT helps the admission process.
@nemojoes yes, i’m currently taking my last golden four, i’ll have my ADT by the end of this spring 2020. i gave all my transcripts as well, with the last class still in progress. i’m really anxious to get a decision. did you receive an email saying they’ll release decisions in June? someone else said that, but i didn’t receive any email notifying me that .
@sourgummies No, I did not receive anything further from CSULB. My mind is pretty much committed to CSUF if they still hand out submissions no later than June 16th, which is really cutting it close because orientation and seeking advisor class help begin on June 17th for CSUF.

Has anyone been removed from the waitlist and been admitted?
I got an email May 13, from Darlene and she asked for my WIP for my winter and spring semester ASAP. So I sent them in that same day, she replied may 15 saying " to keep checking my CSULB emails". I haven’t heard anything since. Did this happen to anyone else?

@kimmflower I got the same email as you, and they just said keep checking ur email and stuff, and I’ve got that email twice. Once on June 13th and once on May 31st, I hate waiting like this and if it doesn’t come by June 10th Im literally just gonna cancel my waitlist spot
I have a question is LB the second best Cal state or is it Pomona, which is better for Computer Science?
@happys According to niche it says Pomona is better and it really depends on experience. But in my opinion, I would have applied to San Jose State or Santa Clara University as both these schools have excellent CS programs especially San Jose State and both of them are in the heart of silicon valley.
hey guys, i just finished my last class pretty sure with an A. i sent csulb my transcripts back in feb when they waitlisted me with the one class in progress. do you think it’ll help with their decision if i send them a new updated transcript? or is it too late? thank you!
