CSULB Fall 2013 freshmen classes?

@BonsaiTrees, I’ll be an incoming freshman too, and I’m planning on changing my pre-biology major to pre-nursing. From what I’ve learned, your freshman year will be a combination of your nursing pre-recs (chem 140, biol 207, biol 208, micr 200, and written communication/oral communication/critical thinking GE’s), as well as your regular GE’s. Unfortunately, all of them will get full very quickly. It’s good that you have AP credit- you will receive units for certain classes or elective units, depending on the AP exam (here’s the full list: [CSULB 2012-2013 Catalog - AP Exam Credit Table](<a href=“California State University, Long Beach - Acalog ACMS™”>California State University, Long Beach - Acalog ACMS™)). Typically, students take about 15 units per year, from what I’ve heard. Hope this helps, and see you at CSULB!
