I’m sure you can transfer from a CC to Cal Poly, so long as you complete the requirements and do well enough.

For assist, input the community college you wish to go to, Cal Poly, and either the Computer Engineering or Computer Science major to see which courses you need to take.
Talk to a counselor at your school as well to set up a transfer plan.
Looked up Cuesta - talk to a counselor. Perhaps they have a cross-enrollment program that will allow you to take any courses that you are unable to take at your CC at Cal Poly while you are still attending your CC (I go to Berkeley City College and got approved to take coures at UC Berkeley - my school offers this program for a nearby CSU as well, so it’s possible that your school offers this, and that it may be of interest to you.)
