<p>Retaking quizzes and tests and getting an equal grade as someone who aced the test the first time, no one gets below 50 percent on an assignment provided you “did your best”, no extra credit but you can have extra assessment opportunities and the list go on. I sure wouldn’t want students to think we live in a competitive world- unless it’s sports and then it is okay.</p>
<p>I wonder how many employers would appreciate having a worker who could seldom manage to do a project right the first time.</p>
