Entrance Deferral</p>

<p>A student may elect to defer enrollment for one year after being admitted by submitting a request in writing to the dean of admissions. A $500 non-refundable deposit will be required to hold this space for the year. Some students may wish to spend a year in travel or work before enrolling, and this provision is designed to encourage such plans.

<p>if you have special circumstances, however (and it appears you do), id strongly recommend you speak to the university directly. im sure admissions will understand your problem and from there will recommend the best course of action.</p>
