<p>NYC is basically the same story as Boston. Realistically, you need to either have a car or catch a ride with someone who does. For scheduled school breaks, it should not be difficult to find a ride to either Boston or NYC.</p>
<p>Williamstown is really not significantly served by public transportation. The Amtrak station with one train per day to Boston is down in Pittsfield, which is half an hour away by car.</p>
