I would contact the program director (see https://case.edu/nursing/programs/bsn) and talk to them about transferring. Case has nursing students involved in clinical hours as freshman and I would ask them how transferring works and if there is a requirement on how many clinical hours you must have or must have to graduate.
I have a question. When you download the pdf file of completed application, does it show all the recommendation letters in the pdf file? I only saw one even though I had 3 completed request rec letters
