Anyone seen a NutraBullet 900 series on sale?
Think Geek is 50% off today too.
@HImom I thought it was free shipping all day? You might want to try again.
Any recommendations for a electric tea kettle?
We’ve had this one for about five years…and it’s fine!
I’m just not seeing a lot of great deals for things I had in mind. I think the best sales were actually back in October.
I think I did pretty decent today.
A couple GAP items for 60+% off.
The Puma tennis shoes for probably nearly 60% off.
Printer for $21
Amazon Echo Dot 3rd edition for $24.
Pair of Keds Rifle shoes for $50 rather than $80 - they rarely go on sale.
Can’t remember what else!!!
@NEPatsGirl — yes, free shipping EXCEPT for those of us living in HI. X(
Yesterday I bought a CC favorite - a Dash egg cooker. An okay price @ $16 shipped, but the convenience of it going directly to my daughter is worth it.
Today for my mother I got 4 external battery backs that are strong enough to jump start a car. She thinks it is some magic thing and NOT a battery but whatever, it is just an external battery. Also charges phones and has a flashlight. She’ll be giving them to my brother, BIL and 2 other lucky people (maybe my daughter’s boyfriend) because she saw them on the TV this morning…
I am considering this electric tea kettle from Macy’s.

@raclut, I’ve made a purchase from Macy’s today and got great prices ($50 cashmere sweaters), and if you choose “no hurry shipping” you get a $10 coupon…which I’m now using for gifts, sheets and pillow shams. EDIT: Can’t use the coupon until 12/1…still a good deal!
All day long I was thinking about this robot vacuum at the regular price of $219. https://www.amazon.com/eufy-RoboVac-Suction-Self-Charging-Medium-Pile/dp/B079QYYGF1?ref_=Oct_DLandingS_PC_9f0240cc_NA&smid=A1U62USFOR8NN3 Then suddenly there it was $70 cheaper. So I jumped on it.
I bought the Echo Dot on Black Friday and yesterday I asked it to tell me its deals. I stopped it after one description. Then earlier today we bought an electric juicer we need at a small discount. When I went to check out, there was an additional $10 Alexa voice order discount. Even though I didn’t order through Alexa, and bought a totally unrelated item.
@TS0104 I bought the Macy’s cashmere sweaters/poncho’s for $39.99 and 10% cashback from ebates. Received them this weekend.
@raclut, I have a Bella electric tea kettle (just a different pattern) - it doesn’t get heavy use but I’ve had it for three years now and I like it. Looks good, takes just a few minutes to heat a full pot.
We have a Breville electric kettle. It gets used 2x a day. More often in weekends. I Ike that the water is heated in a glass container.
I like the glass see through container of my Hamilton Beach. And the price is right.
This weekend I’ve been trying to limit my spending. I thought the ceramic tea kettle was pretty but do I really need it when my stovetop kettle works just fine? It’s in my cart and I guess that’s enough for me. I didn’t charge the credit card. I really don’t want any more boxes delivered to my home. If I get out of control I’ll be afraid to look at the next credit card bill.
Found our desired phone and laptop deals were the same the past week- waited until Monday. Ordered then H told me about a different laptop in the evening- sold out by then. Oh, well, got what wanted. Harder to take advantage of deals as we age and still own good stuff.
I bought the Hamilton Beach. The Macy’s ceramic kettle is pretty but this would be for our office so went with the clear glass.
My H is teasing me about the boxes that keep appearing at the end of the driveway. I’m really not ordering many gifts as some of the items are just things I use around the house but are on sale.
Edit to add I did order 3 of the Dash egg cookers on Black Friday from Amazon. One for me and one for each of my daughters.
I’ve done a fair bit of shopping already but added a Speck phone case for D today (50% off everything), Bose headphones for $110 rather than $300 from Amazon and a few things from Banana Republic which has 60% off + another 15% off today. Also used mrrebates for another 8% off BR.
Must. Stop. Shopping.
