There are 3 medical schools in the Czech Republic:

Charles University Faculty of Medicine, Masaryk University Faculty of Medicine (MU), Palacky University Faculty of Medicine

Note that all of them are 6 year programs with direct entry immediately after high school. All 3 offer some programs that have instruction in English.

And what IWBB means is that your chances of matching into a US residency from a medical program in the Czech Republic are extremely poor. And without a US residency, you cannot practice medicine in the US.

What Mom 2 is referring to is the fact that none the medical schools in the Czech Republic are eligible to participate in the federal loan program. (Meaning you won't received and FA to attend.)
