So I was in contact with the FA dep of the college I was admitted too and they really delayed my fin aid details too. Now dartmouth is an Ivy League so prolly has even more to sort out. I cannot be sure but I think it might have a role

although fafsa doesnt apply to international, the general email is sent to all students about missing docs right? so if domestic is delayed, wouldnā€™t international be delayed too

Dartmouth is a dream tbh. I am hoping for NYU* since I worked with them on an advocacy project but based on portal astrology I donā€™t think I am getting in

interesting. on the portal previously, they said they get fafsa info mid-march. Unlikely they have enough time to sort out everything already. Wishful thinking LOL anyway good luck to you
