true. some people got the mail in ED but RD has been real silent.
maybe they are aware of the decisions leaking so probably decided to delay the financial aid for people who didn’t turn in the documents on time? it is need-blind so they don’t need the documents to make decision.
There are instances at least alleged ones of people receiving their emails like an hour or the afternoon before decision release so perhaps you are right…
