Skating is a club sport at Dartmouth as it is at all colleges. Usually, that means students coach each other and get a small amount of funding from the college. I believe that Dartmouth usually has a fair number of students who participate in the club and in collegiate competitions. I suggest that you find the club’s webpage and contact them directly.
