<p>The Homestead hotel in downtown Evanston rents rooms by the month (their website says rooms are available by the day, week, month or year). We stayed here last summer for a weekend, in a very large 1 BR suite, living room, dining area, good sized BR. I think visiting professors sometimes stay here.</p>
