<p>I’d like to second the suggestion of the Homestead, and also suggest that (if possible) your daughter schedule her surgery just after finals. Plenty of students every summer are desperate to sublet their apartments! Leases tend to start at different times, so you could easily sublet an apartment or a room for June, June and July, or June-August. I’d check Craigslist and have your daughter keep an eye out on campus. This would also probably one of the more affordable options, too! (Make sure you get one with AC though. Humidity is the worst!)</p>
