As long as you have the GPA and SAT scores, you will be admitted directly into Kelley. The website is confusing because those dates are for incoming freshman this year. If you just finished your junior year in high school, then you need to have the GPA and test score by August 21, 2017 (in other words, around the first day you arrive on campus at IU).
November 1 is the deadline for full scholarship consideration, but it has nothing to do with direct admission. Still, make sure to apply by November 1. Also, you don’t need letters of recommendation to get into IU or Kelley. You only need them if you are invited to fill out the selective scholarship application. You will be notified about that after you are accepted.
