<p>If you read the description for the Dean’s Scholarship, it is said to be for students who have high stats, but who do not qualify for need-based financial aid. That is most likely why you did not get it. (For instance, I got the Dean’s Scholarship after only getting a $2,000 loan as my financial aid package.)</p>
