At best, I believe -10 is a 27, right?

for the concentration one and absorbance, i might have found the solution.

Beer’s law governs the amount of radiation absorbed and indicates that absorbance is directly proportional to concentration.

That means increase increase right? Please say yes and tell me i got -1…and that I’m going to UCLA now.

yes sir ! increase = increase
decrease = decrease

@OregonSenior - Oh, okay thanks! I assume my science score isn’t going to be great, but I hope it’s better than the 25 I got before (dragged my composite score down a bit). I had a watch and I noticed we had like 30 seconds left, so I answered all “C” for the last of the questions. Hahaha. Whoops.

What the ff!!! I’ve mentioned beer’s law at least 5 times in this thread. Does no one read my posts?

I’ll post them again:

That is 400% not correct.

And yes, even though I do not recall that question, the answer was most likely as concentration increases, so does absorbance or vice versa.

lol wongtongtong i need comfort

im so scared about the english and reading curve right now
i really need -3/4 english to be at least 34 and -3 reading to be around 34 :(

im not even sure if i missed anything other than the stuff on this website

a -1/2 science won’t kill me but…QQ

I need a 36 science (which I got unless I somehow got that absorbancy question I can’t remember wrong)

And I need a 33+ on Reading or a 34+ on English, which, unfortunately, won’t happen.

Whatever.

A -3 will be a 34 on the english, but a -4 will be a 33 around 60-70% of the time. Probably a 33.

-3 on the reading is 32-33 by definition.

Go watch youtube vids for a few hours and don’t think about it 'cuz you begin to doubt yourself when you rely on memory.

Ive seen -2 = 36 in the Red book…

Does anyone know what the graph looked like for the 2 valve question. It was something about valve A and B and A had a lower minimum and B contracted and expanded at slower rates. I wasn’t really sure on that one.

Only one. I based my statement on 6 curves not including that anomaly.

yeah A should have looked like a sharp V, and B was a less steep V, with A having a lower minimum point than B did.

That valve question wasn’t even in Science; it was in Math. Go check there.

Hey what did you guys get for that sphere A and H question with the stand 1 and stand 2? I think the choices were like degrees like 0 to 8 8 to 11 etc…?

I know I did really good on this section, practice tests really do help with timing. The sphere section was a little tricky^
