Does ACT release scores at midnight or do they wait until the actual morning of to release them?

I think it is 12 am central time @ Smythe
so that would be 10 pm for west and 1 am for East if I am correct. @ Symthe

It depends. Some went 2 min before the actual release

if your page doesn’t show tested just wait until scores are supposedly being released and then check.
