The good news is that it is everybodies score. No delay in score reporting 
On their Twitter. It said starting at 8am which includes everyones. No delays.

The ACT twitter says “scores are typically posted by 8:00am CST.” However, this simply isn’t true based on recent test releases. The October test was released at 1am as were several previous tests… strange

Well since I am on vacations, I guess i am going to stay up until whatever time is needed for my scores, if that be 10 pm okay , if it’s 5am so be it ill be up.
