******December 2015 ACT Discussion Thread******

mine still says registered, i know there used to be a way to get around it and see the scores before they were sent to your high school but does anyone know if any still work?

For some reason the “View/Print my ticket option” has returned back for my December test…

same!!

this is ridiculous… my friend got his score 4 weeks ago and im STILL registered!! thanks ACT

has anyone tried to call ACT? I just tried and the call couldn’t connect because of “high caller volume”

@atr123 I called and got the same “high caller volume” problem

Does anyone know what happens if I select 4 colleges to receive my ACT Scores? I am a junior and I am signing up for the February ACT and there is the option to send my score for free to 4 colleges. But what happens and what will these colleges do with the scores since I am only a junior. Will they store my score for the future when I apply next year? Thanks

@tigraei Wow, congrats on a 36 on writing!! Do you mind sharing some tips, my writing score is 30 and I’m looking to improve.

35 on english  other scores weren’t as high, so will retake, since this is only my first one…

My view/print ticket option came back as well. What is wrong with ACT. SAT scores come out for almost everyone on the first day. Unlike ACT we have to wait weeks. :((

Status change anyone?

Still no change. Got PSAT score, though

@semicolon same, what did you get?

No scores. It’s been 26 days! :-S

We still have not gotten October ACT scores! - had special testing accommodations but it has been in scoring since Nov. 25th. really unbelievable. :frowning:

@CA1543 I had a freind whose scores took 2 months to be scored and reported. She said it was because the school lost the tests. Maybe yours have been lost. You can file a report (http://www.act.org/studentforms/scores.html). I would reccommend this bc according to earlier posts, ACT’s phones are off the hook.

you’ve been waiting for a really long time.

@QuadiNorth – thanks – we had the counselor call the other day - it was received and submitted to scoring – thank God!! Went to scoring on Nov. 25th (received on the 19th but they have a lag) and has been there ever since. Seems it is a different process for students who get accommodations and test over multiple days. Maybe fewer staff or something. When I called today they said though technically they have 8 WEEKS, they expect it to be ready next week. It really seems unfair - February deadline is near and ability to prep is so limited. Other test dates are not great but fingers are crossed it will turn out ok.

@atr123 lol, only a 1360 :stuck_out_tongue: I’m still a sophomore, though, so I’ve got some time to improve.

Anyones status change?

Status hasn’t changed…hoping the scores come out tonight/tomorrow morning. Need the scores ASAP for colleges
