Can we add an ethnicity/race column?

Maybe we can we rename the “ethnicity/race column” into “Hooks” as I think that this is what GryffinHunter is getting at. Hooks not only includes URMs but athletes, legacies, and possibly unique traits.
But ethnicity/race can be antihooks as well.
What is the most antihook race and gender? White male? Asian female?
I think Asian male or female is the anti hook

To the person who continues practically on a weekly basis hijacking the spreadsheet (which is currently messed up for the fourth time in two weeks): I am not sure if this is intentional or if you were genuinely trying to help and instead made a mistake, but the other members on this thread and I are exhausted trying to continuously fix and clean up the document on a regular basis. As @UIButton says: “C’mon now… It’s not that hard to keep squares in their rightful places. They don’t roll!” In all seriousness, it would be sincerely appreciated if you would step forward and take responsibility.
I would also like to let everyone know that I have locked the spreadsheet to “View Only” mode temporarily while I see if there is a way for me to backup the document to my computer. This will be the “backup copy” in case the spreadsheet is hijacked again in the future. I apologize for any inconvenience this may cause any CC-ers and I will let you all know when I have made the spreadsheet editable again (this should be on Wednesday morning at the latest). If anyone has any questions or comments please feel free to PM me.

Perhaps you can give only a couple of people the right to edit the doc and have the rest of folks just post their info here.
It is quite comical seeing how someone messed it up SO badly.
Perhaps the pocket did it. You know… you can open the doc on the phone and leave it open…
Just like when your phone call random people and leave a 30 min message… your phone could open the doc and could do random edit. Just a thought. ~X( 
@payn4ward: That sounds like an excellent idea. I am able to do that, but I would need email addresses to grant specific permission to users.
Would you all be willing to PM me your email addresses so I can allow for editing rights? Fake email addresses (called “dummy” ones), of course. I will keep all email addresses 100% confidential and will not share them with anyone.
You can just do comments where someone can make changes but you can approve or deny them
@GryffinHunter I looked up the feature and it is called “Suggested Edits.” I will change the settings in the spreadsheet to allow for this.
EDIT: I set the document up to allow for everyone to “comment” on the document to suggest for me to make those changes, but it looks like I can’t manually approve/deny changes already made. Is that what you originally meant? @GryffinHunter
Yes. You can’t repair the damage. You can prevent future damage, though.
This list is not very easy to read now, with only a few lines for a screen, and without headers seen on top of the screen.
@gemsinhand: Yep, someone messed up the spreadsheet so I had to turn it on private. I haven’t had the time to fix it unfortunately but will try to do so tonight.
