<p>GaDawg, that’s not the point. There were people more qualified at my school who got rejected. I know someone who had a 3.85 and a 1260 who got rejected and I know they do alot with their lives and get alot of awards. Yes, I am a URM, but I did not bet on getting in simply by my URM status or else I would have gotten admitted. I knew I was not getting admitted, but it’s still not fair to the people who were more then qualified.</p>
<p>I knew I wasn’t getting admitted. My GPA was just too low due to my detrimental junior year. I garuntee you if my GPA was a 3.6+, I would have gotten in.</p>
<p>Gadawg, based on your past posts, I wouldn’t be surprised if you one of the admission officers of UGA. You seem to very knowledged in it.</p>
