<p>Deerfield is a first rate school, but I’m not sure that its placement at Ivies is better than either PA or PEA. The data there shows that, on a percentage basis, DA is behind PA and PEA in Ivy matriculation (as well as behind other excellent boarding schools, such as SPS, Groton, Milton, and Lawrenceville). <p>We have to agree that Deerfield, Andover, Exeter, SPS, plus all the elite schools are approximately equal in terms of matriculation and academics. The detailed charts differ from time to time; however, overall rankings do not contrast greatly at anytime. </p>
