<p>I was wondering because my son received a letter a couple years back that said if he turned his application in before (I think) the first of October then they would give him a ED answer around the beginning of November but the application was the same as everyones. So if my son’s was turned in later I thought it would have been treated like all the other applications. What you said is interesting.</p>
