Deferred People

I got deferred too… oh well, fingers crossed for good news in the spring.
@aneely7 this is what mine said:</p>

<p>The admissions committee has completed its early action deliberations and has deferred a decision on your application until the spring. We received more than 3,000 early applications, and we had many more qualified candidates than we could admit. The committee recognized your record of achievement and appreciated the time, care and effort you put into your application.</p>

<p>Often a deferral means that the committee would like to see your senior year academic performance. Your application will be reconsidered in February and March with the entire applicant pool. Please be sure the Mid-Year School Report is sent to us as soon as your mid-year grades are available. If you would like us to review additional information, please send it to us by the end of January. Please be aware that we expect our regular decision process to attract a strong applicant pool.</p>

<p>We realize this defer decision is disappointing news, especially since Princeton may have been your first choice. We look forward to evaluating your application again with the rest of the applicant pool.</p>
