<p>I’m sending in two recommendations from retired teachers that I couldn’t get in touch with until now and a letter saying about what has changed since I applied (such as winning a competition and another honor, and getting first chair in a regional music group).</p>
<p>Quick questions; would the two recommendations be too much? They’re phenominal (one is from a music teacher, the other from a research one).</p>
