<p>Loaded question! Obviously you must be admitted to USF before getting into the honors college. Students admitted with certain minimum GPAs and test scores receive automatic invitations to honors. Your test scores are good but that might not be enough to get in honors, might not be good enough to gain you regular admission with you now having deferred status. What you could do is make sure you contact admissions first and get your ducks lined up to gain admission and if you are confident you can get the initial admission worked out, contact and make an appeal to the honors college director Dr. Stuart Silverman who’s contact info is in attached link. You need to find out why you were deferred though and get admitted first before you get into honors college, it could be simply a mistake or oversight. The clock is ticking so get on it quick. One can become a multi-millionaire after being broke, so I guess one can get into USF’s honor college after being deferred! </p>
