<li><p>Fill out this form:

<li><p>Write a letter of appeal stating why you think Cal Poly will miss out on an excellent student if they let you go.</p></li>
<li><p>Send most recent high school transcript.</p></li>
<li><p>Send other documents that can help back up how awesome a student you are. (No letter of recommendations, but maybe community service, charity work, etc.)</p></li>

<p>P.S. Only do it if you REALLY want to come here. If not, don’t bother, they spot B.S. right away. Also, you only have 10 days to appeal starting on the day you were notified.</p>
