In addition to counseling, you need to add another focus in your life beyond your recent break-up and beyond your grades. Consider daily exercise. Consider joining a club.

Although this may feel like the end of the world, it is not. This is a normal part of growing up & maturing. It affects some more than others.

Time heals all wounds. You just need to develop another interest during that time.

This experience will make you more sensitive to the difficulties encountered & faced by others. This is good as it is a sign of growth.

Time to move-on.

Daily exercise will help.

FWIW We’ve all been there.

P.S. Avoid alcohol ! Don’t try to self medicate beyond what a doctor prescribes. Exercise daily.
