<p>Check me out! I applied to Dartmouth , Princeton and Harvard(along with Stanford , Williams and Duke!)</p>
<p>I have the crappiest score of 1780/2400 in the SAT(CR-560 , Math-570 , Writing-650 , Essay-10/12).The only silver lining in my standardized test scores is the 800 i got in U.S History! (For the time being lets neglect the 540 which I got in Physics even though Physics is my love!)</p>
<p>I don’t want to sound pompous but my EC’s are brilliant. Model UN , Quizzing , Debating , Drama and Soccer. Won a ton of prizes in them.</p>
<p>Again please ignore my vanity when I say that I am the Pres. of The Student Council and was elected Prefect of my school house twice!</p>
<p>And like the rest of the Ivy League hopefuls I am a straight ‘A’ student. I got straight A’s in my CBSE(Indian Board) Exams in Science , Math , ENglish and Social Science and expect to repeat the feat in my Grade 12 Boards.</p>
<p>I have excellent recommendations from my principal and teachers(though my Physics professor was disappointed in my SAT 2 Physics score!).</p>
<p>And to top it all have applied for financial aid!</p>
<p>And I probably won’t make it due to my horrible SAT scores…</p>
<p>I dreamt that I would complete my undergarduate studies in Harvard College and then proceed to J.F.K school of Government to graduate with honours in International Politics!</p>
<p>Looks like my Ivy League dreams have been dealt a severe blow! SIGH!</p>
