<p>I’m not from CA, but I do live in Eugene. I once saw a list that put Eugene in the top 10 places in the US with the most overcast. If you’re worried about fog, that only really comes around in the winter. And it doesn’t really rain that much here either. Most of it only happens in the winter and at night. The good thing about the overcast is that you don’t really need sunblock:D</p>
