<p>I don’t really know what ETS is; I’m not very well versed in the other Canadian schools (I’ve just been told U of T, and Waterloo, though waterloo especially, are power-houses in the engineering sciences). I can name a decent amount of other Canadian institutions but, admittedly, I don’t know much about their reputations.</p>
