<p>My EFC is 20,000 because my parents own the house. They only make 50000 a year. What sucks even more is that Penn State gave me a 3500 stafford loan- the same as Rutgers did, except Rutgers only costs 20,000. What is up with that? There’s no way I can afford 31000 a year. Goodbye Penn State.</p>
