You probably already saw this but basically if you did not get enough aid to cover your costs and cannot pay it yourself you need to arrange for loans. From the options they have it looks like this is what many people do.
As far as the payment deadline goes, it is likely May 4 because if you look at the summer session schedule for last year there were last minute FTCAP sessions for those kids who did not do it yet, and I am sure they would not be there if their bills were not paid. But, you should call and verify all this.
Finally, did you get any other finaid packages yet from other schools? How do those offers compare to PSU?</p>
