Did I make a huge mistaking buying a Dell laptop for D?

<p>If you get this insurance for a student, they give you a free download of this software. Practically pays for the insurance. No I don’t work for them, but I intend on using this company and downloading the software</p>

<p>I recommend buying a laptop lock for the new laptop. They’re about $20 at Circuit City and will make it easier to steal someone else’s laptop rather than yours.</p>

<p>I’m happy with my Inspiron laptop (purchased 18 months ago). Good price, efficient for those who aren’t using it for gaming, engineering or graphic art. I also purchased the 3 year warranty. But I waited until they sent me an offer in the mail, not at the time of purchase, got a better price on it then.</p>

<p>For those not buying their Dell through the school - Dell usually runs their best coupon sales at the end of their quarter, which is July. Check their web site or fallwallet.com regularly to see what deals are out there.</p>
