<p>i wouldnt think stanford lists weighted gpas as most schools weight differently. i know that some schools, including my own, expand upon the a=4, b=3, etc scale by giving an a+ a weight of 4.3, an a a weight of 4, and an a- a weight of 3.7 and so on. im thinking that is likely what is going on, but then again i think it equally likely that stanford recalculates gpa using their own system and is posting those numbers here.</p>
