3.1 this morning - November 17 in Ohio, in shorts!! 60 lovely degrees. Had to get it n before the severe weather which is starting to brew. I am not by habit or desire a morning runner, I prefer afternoon/evening - but got it done.

5 exercise routines to consider adding? I’m considering the purchase of a battling rope. They’re a little expensive, but I’m told they’re a really good workout!

I wore shorts this morning, too, but it wasn’t lovely. 64 but light drizzle and approaching severe weather. Still- the shorts part was nice. Legs tired from yesterday’s race, but did 2 miles this am and 2 more at the gym on dreadmill before weights.

You and the NE Patriots. Looks like they use battling ropes in their conditioning program, along with all sorts of goodies like stability ball pushups, KB swings…

Ha! I’ve done all of those exercises, but I don’t do burpees very often because they seem to be hard on my back. I’ve been more disciplined for the last couple of weeks and am back to my summer weight.

^Ugh. And the title “America’s Healthiest Sugary Cereals” implies there are other, even less healthy sugary cereals! With, I presume, even more sugar and NO vitamins added.

Yesterday DH and I managed a brisk walk in between rain & tornado watches. The bad news is I banged my hand into the wall (sheer stupidity) and now have a severely bruised couple of knuckles. Icing it today and we’ll see if it’s better tomorrow. Meanwhile, I can’t use most of my left hand, so no dumbbells, pushups, or pullups. :(

 I need to watch where I stand and stop talking with my hands!

Probably got a extra mile of walking in yesterday pacing the house during the horrible storms and worrying about family members out on the roads. Thankfully, every one kept safe.
