That stinks. I wonder if there’s a way to allieviate that. Hopefully they’re giving you both estrogen and progesterone in combination. Testosterone helps with stomach fat. Somewhat.
Yea the pain and tenderness stinks. Nope just taking estro. That’s what I hate about meds. You take one pill for this and another one for that.
That’s why I put up with symptoms for 8 year! I just need a good sports top.
Another good place to look for bras is TitleNine. Bras are rated by barbells – a 5-barbell bra, for example, works for D-DD cups for high-impact activities.

@BunsenBurner, I need to check in with our resident bra expert. Lulu has a new bra - the Enlite. Have you seen this bra? Even if you haven’t seen it, what are your thoughts on it? I am somewhat confused by how to measure as described in their link. I am really tempted to try it and a friend has ordered multiples to try, but she is definitely smaller busted than I am. I ordered a Brooks Juno and I am not real thrilled with it - I have little confidence in the straps - they velcro in the front to adjust. I am fearing a potential Janet Jackson/Justin Timberlake Superbowl moment so I’m not sure I’ll be keeping it.
sabaray - I am heading out for a haircut later today… there is a Lulu store next door, so I will “meet” the bra in person and will report on it! I am intrigued by their new running shorts with mesh pockets, too. 
That would be awesome. I was near a store Monday but Mr. S wasn’t feeling it, unfortunately. This week has me cutting way back on exercise - haven’t had much to report on!

Here is the report! I tried it on in my regular size 34C (I buy Marie Jo in that size) and liked it so much… I bought it. Easy to get on despite the multitude of straps. The hooks on the back allow to tighten the band some. I probably could have gone to 32C, but 34 worked well and was very comfy. No bounce - I jumped and jogged in place.
That is very helpful. Thank you! Half of the battle for me is all the straps but I need the support. I think I will just need to order one. Or two.
You are welcome! I hate bras I can’t put on without getting tangled up in multiple straps, but this one went on without any issues. Easy! I think these straps will stay put because of the design that is holding them in place. The description says it is breathable… fingers crossed.
I also got a pair of running shots called Mind Over Miles in very pretty blue/black mesh. Can’t run but hope to be able to do so soon.
Forgot to mention - because this is such a “high tech” piece, Lulu says that you can take it back if it is not performing as expected (too sweaty, too bouncy, rubbing too much, etc.)

With the top of the line price, too! This is the most expensive sports bra I got, but it is not the most expensive bra overall in my drawer.

An update. I have been wearing the purchase for 6 hours now… Feels great. But I did not do any strenuous activity, so cannot say if it will feel as good when one is sweaty and hot.
I love those shorts too, Bunsen - hope you are able to wear them on the running trail soon. And I’ve learned that no bra feels good when you’re sweaty and hot!
