<p>Many people seem to be confused about this.</p>
<p>I sent an email to Matt a few days ago and mentioned that this seemed to be an issue, so I assume he or somebody else from admissions will address it at some point in a blog entry.</p>
<p>When in doubt, though, making your own rule and applying it consistently will probably be fine.</p>
