Different classes for different schools problem

“Simply put, if I take classes to get into one schools program and don’t get in, how will I be able to get into another because the required classes don’t line up?

You take the classes you need for each school you want to get into. Period.

I want to get into Berkeley’s business program, and they don’t want financial or managerial accounting cause they want you to take their own. I am applying to Cal Poly’s business program as well, and they require financial and managerial accounting to even be considered.

What do I do? I take it all. Is it always easy? No. But that’s your answer.

In general, if you’re applying for the same or similar major at different schools, the classes required will generally be in the same neighborhood of each other and shouldn’t be that different from each other.
